* Refresh AKS Hybrid and Edge architecture content
- Reframe aks-baseline and aks-hybrid-azure-local under the AKS everywhere / AKS Hybrid and Edge strategy
- Relocate both articles in toc.yml from Adaptive cloud/Azure Local workloads to Containers > Kubernetes-based hosting > Architectures > Hybrid and edge
- Add an architecture-level 'Alternative option: AKS on bare metal (preview)' section to aks-baseline
- Fix stale Azure Stack HCI / 23H2-as-AKS-version phrasing and links
- Generalize aks-hybrid-azure-local's GitOps deployment workflow to cover both Azure Local and AKS on bare metal infrastructure
- Update the workflow diagram (aks-on-hci-architecture-v2.svg) labels and accessible description to match the new terminology (On-premises, AKS Hybrid and Edge)
- Sync TOC entries and cross-article reference links to the updated titles

sync the TOC nav label and cross-reference link text to match
- Remove overstated AKS on Windows Server applicability from the
IMPORTANT box; call out explicitly that this article doesn't cover it
- Scope the Cost Optimization autoscaling bullet to Azure Local only;
bare metal is single-node preview and can't rely on infra-level
autoscaling, so guide those readers to right-size the host instead
- Replace stale 'pod security policies' reference with Pod Security

within a host's existing capacity, it doesn't scale physical hosts;
reworded both the Cost Optimization and Performance Efficiency bullets
in aks-hybrid-azure-local-content.md to avoid implying infra-level
autoscaling, and to give bare-metal readers explicit sizing guidance
- Remove the downloadable Visio link for the GitOps diagram and add a
note that the external Visio source hasn't been updated to match the
generalized diagram (I can't edit the external .vsdx from this repo)
- Scope the 'apply the same security recommendations' cross-reference
in aks-baseline-content.md to Kubernetes-level guidance only; call
out that bare metal removes the Storage Spaces Direct/BitLocker
