Move AKS disconnected operations to a top-level Azure Local deployment mode (#3832) Split the single how-to/overview article into a concept overview and a task-based how-to, and promote disconnected operations to a top-level node under AKS on Azure Local (a sibling of Hyperconverged and Multi-rack) instead of a nested how-to entry under Hyperconverged. - Add articles/aks-hybrid-edge/local/disconnected-operations/overview.md (ms.topic: overview) covering what/why/how-it-works/prerequisites/limitations. - Rename the CLI walkthrough to articles/aks-hybrid-edge/local/disconnected-operations/create-manage-cluster.md (ms.topic: how-to). - Update TOC.yml to add the new top-level 'Disconnected operations' node and remove the old nested entry under Hyperconverged. - Add a redirect from the old path to the new overview page. - Cross-link and disambiguate from connectivity-modes.md, which covers a different concept (temporary loss of connectivity on a standard cloud-connected cluster).
