Add Visual Studio support to JS/TS app modernization docs (#9517) * Add Visual Studio support to JS/TS app modernization docs Update the JavaScript/TypeScript overview and quickstart to indicate support for Visual Studio in addition to Visual Studio Code. Make IDE-specific UI references generic so they apply to both IDEs, and remove the "Visual Studio Code only" limitation. Java June content freshness: remove obsolete diag4j articles and refresh ms.date (#9313) Delete three SME-flagged diag4j articles (java-diagnostic-tools-on-aks-overview, -spring-boot-admin-quickstart, -java-diagnostic-agent-quickstart) with redirects to the fundamentals landing page, and remove their TOC and landing-page (index.yml) entries. Add JavaScript/TypeScript articles for GitHub Copilot modernization Adds three draft articles for the JavaScript/TypeScript Modernizer preview, sourced from the December 9, 2025 dev blog post: - javascript-typescript-overview.md - javascript-typescript-quickstart-upgrade-npm-packages.md - javascript-typescript-faq.yml Also adds a new "JavaScript/TypeScript" TOC node (peer to the existing Java and .NET nodes) and surfaces the new articles on the landing page. These articles are intended as a foundation for SME review and update prior to publication.
