The "User API key vs. General API key" distinction migrated into Prerequisites. - connect-servicenow.md consolidated into setup-servicenow-indexing.md. ServiceNow OAuth app registration steps migrated into the OAuth authentication section. Both deleted files redirected. TOC and cross-references updated. Both merges preserve unique content from each source. TOC and cross-references updated. Redirects added.
