docs: add .NET 10 isolated apiRuntime and .NET 8/9 end of support for Static Web Apps (#128828) Add dotnet-isolated:10.0 to the managed Functions API runtime table, set the November 10, 2026 end-of-support date for .NET 8 (in-process and isolated) and .NET 9 isolated, and update the .NET guidance to set apiRuntime alongside TargetFramework. Add steps to publish from VS ## Plan: Add Visual Studio deployment section to deploy-blazor.md Add a "Deploy from Visual Studio" section to the existing Blazor Static Web Apps tutorial, sourced from the ASP.NET Core docs guidance. The Visual Studio path is an *alternative* deployment method, so it goes between the GitHub tutorial steps (sections 1–3) and the app overview (section 4) as an unnumbered section. Also update the front matter and the cross-reference NOTE. --- **Steps** ### Phase 1: Front matter updates ([deploy-blazor.md](articles/static-web-apps/deploy-blazor.md#L1-L13)) 1. **Update `description`** (line 3) — change to: `Learn to deploy a Blazor app on Azure Static Web Apps using GitHub or Visual Studio.` 2. **Update `ms.date`** (line 8) — change from `09/27/2024` to `05/08/2026` ### Phase 2: Update the cross-reference NOTE ([deploy-blazor.md](articles/static-web-apps/deploy-blazor.md#L20-L21)) 3. **Revise the NOTE block** — The current NOTE redirects readers elsewhere for Visual Studio steps.
