Add on-premises S3 migration and on-premises private networking articles (#321205) * Add on-premises S3 migration and on-premises private networking articles - Add on-premises-s3-compatible-migration.md for migrating from on-premises S3-compatible object storage to Azure Blob Storage. - Add on-premises-private-network-configuration.md with On-premises SMB and On-premises S3 tabs (new storage-mover-on-premises pivot group). - Move the on-premises content out of cloud-to-cloud-private-network-configuration.md and remove the on-premises pivot from storage-mover-multicloud. - Remove S3 references from the SMB networking content. - Update TOC and cross-links in the SMB and S3 migration articles.
